AVAGROUT MAGMA QUARTZ TR4
A thixotropic, fibre-reinforced, shrinkage compensated grout for repairing structural concrete, for applications from 5 to 35 mm. For horizontal and vertical surfaces.
Area of use
• Repairs of damaged concrete sections, edges of balconies, beams and columns destroyed as a result of the oxidation of the structural reinforcement;
• Repairs of load-bearing pre-stressed concrete beams in bridges, viaducts and tunnels.
• Recovery of the vertical and horizontal coating over reinforcement of columns, beams, ceilings and slabs;
• Hard grouting of the joints between concrete elements.

- • Water for preparation of the mixture: 3.5 litres/25 kg;
• Mixing time: minimum 3 min.;
• Maturation time: 2 min.;
• Working time after mixing: about 1 hour;
• Application temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C;
• Coating thickness: 5 - 35 mm;
• Ready for use: after approx. 48 h;
• Shelf life: 12 months in the original packaging in a dry place;
• Colour: grey.
Consumption rate:
- 20 kg/m2 for 1 cm. thickness;
