AVAGROUT MAGMA QUARTZ R4
A fluid, shrinkage compensated grout for repairing structural concrete, for applications from 3 to 30 mm.
Area of use
- Structural repair of reinforced-concrete beams and columns.
- Repair of load-bearing pre-stressed concrete beams of viaducts.
- Rehabilitation of columns, beams and slabs after reinforcement of damaged sections with grids.
- Repairs of concrete floors subjected to heavy and intensive traffic (industrial premises, roads and airports).
- Hard grouting of the joints between concrete elements.

• Water for preparation of the mixture: 3.5 litres/25 kg;
• Mixing time: minimum 3 min.;
• Maturation time: 2 min.;
• Working time after mixing: about 1 hour;
• Application temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C;
• Coating thickness: 3 - 30 mm;
• Ready for use: after approx. 48 h;
• Shelf life: 12 months in the original packaging in a dry place;
• Colour: grey.
