A single-component anti-corrosive cementitious grout for protection of reinforcing steel.
Area of use
• Protects the bars in reinforced-concrete structures from corrosion when rehabilitating concrete with MAGMA QUARTZ shrinkage compensated grout;
• Improves the bonding of reinforcing steel to concrete repair grouts;
• AQUA BARRIERA;

• Water for preparation of the mixture: 1,0 - 1.1 litres/25 kg;
• Mixing time: minimum 3 min.;
• Maturation time: 2 min.;
• Working time after mixing: approx. 1 h;
• Waiting time before second application: approx. 2 h
• Waiting time before MAGMA QUARTZ: 6-24 h
• Application temperature: from +5 °C to +35 °C;
• Coating thickness: 2 mm, in 2 applications;
• Shelf life: 12 months in the original packaging in a dry place;
• Colour: white.
